Information

The following is a brief description of the Menu Options shown on the top:

"Information"
Will display this screen.

"Unprocessed Claims"
Will display a list of all claims submitted by customers and not processed by BOE Districts.

Select a claim from the above list to process. The Claim details will be displayed.

Processed claims are automatically forwarded to the District Engineer.

Approved claims will not show again on the unprocessed list.

"New Claim"
Will allow district offices to enter newly received claims over the counter into the system so that they can be processed the same way as claims received over the Internet.

"Reports"
Will provide available reports that can be generated from the application.

"Process Flow Chart"
Will display a flow chart diagram on how a claims for refund under $5000 is processed.

"Search Bar"
User can search for any claim by Reference No., Claimant Name, Project Address, Claim No., etc. in the search bar.
