Bureau of Engineering Special Order Number S015-0382 requires notification of utility owners that may be affected by the proposed improvement project. Following that notification a summary of responses shall be prepared and submitted to the District in which the improvement work will be constructed. Plans will not be signed by the District Office until this summary has been completed and received. One copy of each response is required.

It is mandatory that the following 8 Utility owners be notified of your proposed public improvement project.
