- 
                            Three (3) sets of plans, two (2) sets of
                            structural calculations, and two (2) sets of Soils and Geology Report are
                            required for structural review.
                        
- 
                            A Soils and Geology report must be approved by
                            the Geotechnical Services Section of the Bureau of Engineering, prior to our
                            structural review.
                        
- 
                            Resubmit originally checked plans/calculations
                            with corrected plans/calculations.
                        
- 
                            Plans/Calculations must be stamped and signed by
                            a licensed Civil or Structural Engineer.
                        
- 
                            Conditions of approval contained in the Soil and
                            Geology report must be indicated on the plans.
                        
- 
                            Provide material specifications for
                            concrete/steel/wood/masonry/design data.
                        
- 
                            Provide a Complete E-Permit’s job title and
                            work order number on all correspondence.
                        
- 
                            Provide the complete job title/sheet number/work
                            order number on the plans.
                        
- Show all details on City Standard Sheets.
- 
                            Show all pertinent structural notes on the
                            plans.
                        
- 
                            Show all structural design criteria on the
