Per direction Permitee obtained tree removal permit, removed tree and started work. Grade and forms not ready. Driveway width does not match permit, no CMB under gutter forms, 12” of CMB at driveway, no CMB compacted on site, curb drain pipe is ABS. Per last visit I discussed driveway apron repai with next door neighbor; this visit I marked out removals of neighbors driveway apron due to severe tree damage and grade difference. I directed Permitee Hatham to obtain written agreement with neighbor for apron concrete repair and/or provide driveway access at all times via steel plate. Call for grade and form reinspection. |
