02/10/2022 10:00 AM Upon arrival Contractor had already placed concrete for two driveways and a concrete pad. No permit was obtained for second driveway. A dimension for residence is 12 Contractor is currently sitting at 6 feet with a block wall. Will need to address encroaching on public right away with an R permit or remove wall. DWP water meter is in the second driveway which has not yet been approved and will require either moving the water meter or obtaining documentation from DWP to allow it to remain in the drive approach. 02/10/2022 09:46 AM

02/15/2022 10:00 AM CANCEL - MOVED TO THURSDAY 02/14/2022: Contractor canceled the inspection in order to have more time to work on obtaining a supplemental permit for the second driveway. I consulted the Public Works engineer (Jon Lin) on the phone regarding the dimension of the constructed apron, which is 8', and he approved it since there is no sidewalk on either side of the constructed driveways (R.
